Beijing Patient Concierge (Chinese brand 帝都陪诊) is a Beijing-based patient escort and hospital-navigation service, operating since 2023. We are located inside the North Second Ring, next to PUMCH, Fuwai, Jishuitan, Tongren and Peking University hospitals. Our team members are Beijing locals who know these hospitals' layouts and workflows first-hand — which is what lets us move patients through registration, consultation, tests, payment and pharmacy efficiently.

Our team
We're a local Beijing team who know the workflows of PUMCH, Fuwai, Jishuitan and other top hospitals inside out, all trained to a shared service standard. Every client has a dedicated escort to rely on — and under the Family Care Plan we arrange an in-home meet-and-greet before the first hospital visit, so you know exactly who's caring for your family.
Compliance
We provide non-medical assistance only: accompaniment, coordination, interpretation and records. We do not provide diagnosis or treatment advice, do not perform nursing procedures, and do not buy, resell or broker hospital appointment slots. Higher-risk elderly visits follow a health-disclosure and risk-tiering process.
