1. Nature of the service
A non-medical service: accompaniment, coordination, interpretation and records. We do not diagnose, advise on treatment, or promise outcomes; we do not perform nursing procedures; we do not physically support patients while walking; and we do not sell or broker appointment slots.
2. Family responsibilities
The family completes an honest health disclosure, ensures the emergency contact is reachable during the visit, and pre-authorises emergency care (e.g. calling 120). Concealment of a disclosed-category condition places the corresponding responsibility with the family.
3. Inherent-risk acknowledgement
Hospital trips carry inherent risks for elderly patients; for anyone unsteady on their feet we provide a wheelchair rather than physical support. You confirm you understand these risks and agree to the safety measures.
4. No guarantee of appointment outcome
The fee is for coordination, not for appointment slots. We assist with official-channel booking, preparation, waitlists and alternatives, but do not guarantee any specific hospital, department, doctor or time. Outcomes follow official channels.
5. Incident procedure
In an incident we immediately notify hospital staff, call 120 if needed, notify the family first, and within 24 hours issue a written incident report, request CCTV preservation, and file with the insurer.
6. Privacy & medical data
Records and personal data are collected and stored on a minimum-necessary basis, used only for the service — see the Privacy Policy.
7. Refunds, rescheduling & disputes
Cancellation/reschedule rules, liability scope and dispute resolution follow the full agreement. Under Chinese law, clauses excluding liability for personal injury are void; we do not attempt to disclaim personal-injury liability.
