All prices are quoted in USD. Payment is accepted in CNY equivalent (WeChat Pay, Alipay, or bank transfer at the prevailing rate) or in USD via international bank transfer. We provide a clear quote in your preferred currency before confirming any booking.

No. Our prices are service fees only. Hospital fees — consultation charges, diagnostic tests (blood tests, CT, MRI, etc.), prescriptions, procedures — are paid directly to the hospital by the patient. We provide a realistic estimate of typical hospital costs when you enquire, so you can plan your budget.

For half-day bookings (4 hrs): overtime is charged at $35/hr or part thereof. For full-day bookings (8 hrs): if your visit genuinely requires more time, we will discuss a pro-rated extension with you in advance rather than leaving mid-visit. We aim to estimate accurately when planning.

Yes. An official Chinese tax invoice (增值税发票) is available on request. Prices shown are pre-tax base rates; applicable tax (typically 6%) will be added if an invoice is required. Many international patients need the invoice for health insurance reimbursement — just let us know when you book.

It depends on what you need, not your nationality or language. If you can navigate Beijing hospitals independently in Chinese and don't need English documentation, our standard CNY pricing (on the Chinese-language site) applies. If you need bilingual documents for your home-country doctor, English-language updates to overseas family, or English interpretation support, our USD pricing covers all of that. Just describe your situation when you contact us — we'll recommend the right level.

Base prices apply to standard outpatient visits at major Beijing hospitals. Quotes may be slightly higher for: visits requiring travel to outer Beijing campuses, patients with complex mobility needs, cases requiring multi-department coordination on the same day, or extended pre-visit preparation (e.g., translating a large set of foreign medical records). We will always confirm the final price before you commit.

A 50% deposit is typically requested at booking confirmation. Cancellations with ≥48 hours notice receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 50% refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: no refund (our escort's time has been allocated). We understand medical situations can change unexpectedly — please notify us as early as possible and we'll work with you.
