Your parents' medical advocate in Beijing — while you're an ocean away
A monthly subscription for overseas children caring for parents in Beijing. We accompany every visit and send you a bilingual report the same day — so you're 'there' for each appointment without the flight.
Why families subscribe
Chronic follow-ups never stop
Diabetes, hypertension, cancer surveillance, post-op recovery — appointments recur every few weeks, indefinitely.
You're 12 time zones away
You can't take leave for every visit, and remote coordination across the gap is exhausting and error-prone.
Parents downplay it on the phone
"Everything's fine" hides the details that matter. Our report gives you the real picture every time.

Compared to flying back
A trip back to Beijing: $1,500+ in flights + 5 days of leave — for one visit. Six months of the Family Care plan: $1,374 — and you're 'there' for every single appointment.
How the plan works
Member add-on visits: $79
Need an extra visit beyond your plan? Members pay a discounted rate — the subscription is a discount club, not a hard cap.
One-time onboarding: $99
A one-time $99 onboarding includes an in-home meet-and-greet: your escort meets your parent, collects and digitises existing records, and builds the medical file — so the first real hospital visit is with someone already familiar.
Fixed, familiar escort
From the Family Care tier up, the same escort accompanies your parent every time — the single thing parents value most.
Flexible up / down
Temporarily upgrade during a recovery period, then move back down just as easily. Downgrading is not churn — it's retention.
How we keep it safe
Non-medical service: accompaniment, coordination, interpretation and records — never diagnosis, treatment, or nursing procedures. Higher-risk elderly visits follow a health-disclosure and risk-tiering process, with a wheelchair for the full visit rather than physical support while walking.
Before you subscribe: your fee covers coordination and escort services, not appointment brokering. We do not guarantee a specific doctor; bookings follow official channels. Cancellation and refunds follow the service agreement.
